After meditating on the data, he assigned the tarot card that best embodied the subject. Only after that process was complete did he learn the person’s identity and history. According to the project materials, this was when the most startling part began: again and again, the subjects’ histories, personalities, photographs, and even case evidence appeared to mirror the archetypal qualities of the cards they had been assigned.
